A decade of Workforce Management

1. 2011

   A flying start

   Custom platform for the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2011 with 2,500 volunteers. Snowboard Worlds, Øyafestivalen, Oslo Marathon and the Nobel Peace Prize follow.

2. 2012

   300% growth

   Vasaloppet becomes the first customer in Sweden. The City of Oslo adopts the system for lay judges and election staff.

3. 2013

   Into Denmark

   Eurovision Denmark becomes the first Danish customer. Crew and part-time staff are managed in Mobilise Eventportal.

4. 2014

   Sweden – here we come

   Göteborg & Co, City of Borås and Way out West. Wins tenders with Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim.

5. 2015

   Office in Stockholm

   First customer in Finland – the World Figure Skating Championships in Helsinki.

6. 2016

   Worlds, Olympics and TV-Aksjonen

   Biathlon Worlds, Youth Olympics, X-Games, Eurovision Stockholm. TV-aksjonen signs for 20,000 volunteers and 100,000 collectors.

7. 2017

   Competence in focus

   40 new customers. Wins the first Swedish tender with the City of Västerås.

8. 2018

   New records

   IIHF Worlds Denmark, Kirkens Bymisjon, Stockholm Stadsmissionen, the Norwegian Handball Federation. 29 municipalities on the customer list.

9. 2019

   The Mobilise Way

   Launches the framework. Kreftforeningen, Caritas, Dråpen i Havet and the Swedish Sports Confederation come on board.

10. 2020

    New brand – new platform

    European Handball, Ski Tour, RBK, Molde FK, Ålesund FK and a new tender with Västerås Stad.
