Mental Health is growing and runs its project with openness around mental health challenges and better health services in several arenas. Part of the business involves work volunteers can contribute in the form of being ambassadors for the values the organization stands for. Through local teams in villages and towns, businesses are run where volunteers contribute with positions in local and county boards, work as user representatives, teaching young people, low-threshold psychological services for young people and courses in upper secondary schools.
Together with Winorg, Mobilise will help Mental Health organize the volunteering and ensure that the volunteers have a good plan for recruitment, onboarding, communication, duty distribution and competence mapping.
